Perfect for a couple with 2 small children, our Singles offer one Queen Size bed and a full size futon with flat screen TV. These units also offer a comfortable dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove, mini oven and microwave.

"Excellent place to stay in Miami Beach"
This is a really good place to stay in Miami. It is good located , near to every place in south beach. The property is clean and almost everything is new. It has all the amenities ( kitchen , laundry , parking... ) required for a long or short stay.

"Home away from home"
A relative recommended us this apartment hotel in South Beach at the corner of Meridian Ave and 8th st. We stayed a week mid January. Everything was as expected or even better, very clean and well maintained. The great thing is that you get a FREE parking space assigned to your suite or room. A must in this parking restricted area, even if cafés, restaurants and shops are only a couple of streets away. The kitchen is up to date with all the expected equipment and the shower room offers you all the linen you may need during your stay. There is plenty of room with more than 600 sq ft (60 sq m if you are metric). The Internet works great so that I was able to keep contact with business and family. We are already drawing plans to come back soon.
